Laurie,
I don't have the article in the Toronto Star, but I believe there is a copy
in the Marion County Historical Museum in Marion, KS. I'd like to get a
copy of it, too!

My husband's BOWMAN connection is Elizabeth BOWMAN, born February 11, 1832
in Montgomery Co., OH, and died December 16, 1850 in Tippecanoe Co., IN.
She married Henry W. TROXEL September 16, 1848. They are David's
gggrandparents. Elizabeth BOWMAN died 10 days after the birth of her second
child. I've been told that her parents are Christian BOWMAN and Anna
SUMMERS, but I have no information on them.

Are you in Kansas?
