I happen to have page 124 xeroxed from _Marriage Bonds of Franklin County
Virginia 1786-1858_ by Marshall Wingfield. James is not listed. Possibly he
married before Franklin Co., VA was formed. Perhaps the marriage record is
in Bedford, Henry or Patrick Co., VA.
