Doris,

Are you sure of the Brechbeil spelling? I have run across BR spellings but
they Swiss I believe and I don`t think they are related. I do however have
in my documents an Aaron Bercekbeil son of Andrew Berckebeil lll and
Christina Whetstone, grandson of Andrew Bercekbeil ll and Anna Catherine
Schaferin, great grandson of Andreas Birckenbuehl/Perkapeal and Anna
Catarina??? Andreas was one of the original Birckenbuehl immigrant brothers.

The only info I have on Aaron is his birthdate and the year he died.He was
born May 16, 1824 in Penn. d. 1924 ???. His brother David A. Bercekbeil b.
Aug 1, 1830 m. 1st Catherine Miller, 2nd ??? LEHMAN, 3rd Lucinda Ferner.
David A. Bercekbeil died in Anderson Indiana on April 28, 1892. If it is
the same Aaron you are referring to then he may have followed his brother to
Indiana. I also have more info on Aarons siblings and ancestors if you are
interested.
