Hello,
I was infected by a Virus from a mailing list I belong to, It is called KAK,
it is an ActiveX virus that takes advantage of a Microsoft security hole in
Outlook Express, it is infected through HTML mail. If one is using Outlook
Express all you have to do is view the email for the ActiveX script to run,
it then attaches an KAK.HTM file as an attachment which it sends to all your
contacts, then when they view this mail the HTM script runs infecting
others.
Virus writers will take advantage of any holes they can find, so there are
new virus where the old adage "don't open the attachment" no longer apply
