Subject: YOUNT--my cousin's last name RUHL--my auntie's maiden name
Date: Mon, 1 May 2000 13:21:45 -0700
Hello--my cousin is married to a YOUNT. He was from the Okanogan area of
Washington State, and has never mentioned family ties to the Brethren.
Do any of you related to YOUNTS out there know of them coming out with
COB? Our great great grandfather brought COB people out to WA, but we
don't know if YOUNTs were among them, or if these YOUNTS have any COB
connection. I would love to pass on any info. that might show WA
connections.
Also, my cousin's mother was a RUHL and I've seen that name on here some
lately. They do not know of any connection with COB, but her parents
died when she was a young girl and she was left alone to care for her
brothers and sisters. I do not know anything about any other family
around the WA area for her, but can ask.
Thanks for any information you're able to share.
