Reiff/Rife -was one of the families that moved from Coventry
(Pottstown/Chester Co PA) to the Hagarstown MD area --and then moved down
the Valley (and came out to the Ohio frontier). John Rife came to the Four
Mile (near Boston IN) in 1808, from near Winchester VA.
