I believe you gentleman is Samuel W Hoover who died March 10, 1895, He was
last list as a minister in the W. Dayton (Mack Memorial) church, Ohio, there
are two obituary one in the Gospel Messenger (1895 page 232-233 and the other
in Gospel Visitor (April 1895 page 6-7)
