This is a very remotely possible connection, but there were - and I think
still are - Schuberts in Stephenson County, IL, where I grew up. The ones
that I knew of were Lutheran, I believe. There was an Irene Pilson who
married a Schubert whose first name I do not know. Irene was a daughter of
Chester Pilson (b. Sept. 11, 1899) and granddaughter of Robert Harvey Pilson
(b. Oct. 12, 1860) whose wife was Anna Heise Pilson (b. June 30, 1862), who
was a sister of my paternal grandmother Ida Heise Farringer (b. Jan. 30,
1864).

Jerry, your e-mail address looks like a Ham Radio callsign. Maybe we should
form a Ham Radio Genealogy Society. Just kidding! Dwight Farringer -
