Johann George Boshaar was born 17 Mar 1717 New Heesberg NY and christened 6 Jun 1717 by West Camp Lutheran pastor Joshua Kocherthall with sponsor Johann George Stump and [un-named] wife. A son of Hans Jacob Boshaar christened 10 Nov 1681 Zweibrucken, Pfalz and Anna Catharina [maiden not established] and grandson of Hans/Johann Jacob Boshaar born c1645 in der Pfalz and died 1719 Hurley, Ulster Co NY, married1) 20 Jan 1681 Zweibrucken, Anna Gertrudt Meyer christened 17 Oct 1647 Zweibrucken and died 4 Mar 1693 age 45y 4m in Zweibrucken d/o Hans Lux Meyer and Benigna [maiden not established]. Jacob and his second wife Anna Christina Maurer as Hans Jacob Peeshoor, wife and 6 children emigrated in 1709 to Ulster County, Colony of New York. He was a great grandson of Hans Albrecht Boshaar and Anna Margaretha [maiden not established] of der Pfalz who lived out their lives there.
In the 1730's George removed to the wilds of what was to become Bethel township, Berks Co PA where most if not all of his children were born. He wrote his will 16 May 1785 which was proved 24 Feb 1787 in Berks County. [Will book 3, p 72] He named wife Catharine and children, eldest son and executor Jacob, Michael, Daniel, John, Magdalena, Maria Catharina, Maria Elizabeth and Maria. Of these:

Michael m Margaret Rettig, his will filed 1842 Berkeley Co VA/WV
Daniel m Anna Maria Wolf, he died 1822 Cumberland Co PA
Johannes/John m his first cousin Elizabeth Swartz, he killed by Indians c1778 Northumberland Co PA, d/o Peter Swartz and Magdalena Stump [widow of Michael] Weiland
Magdalena m George Strubenhauer who acquired her parents farm and later sold it to Matthias and Elizabeth Frantz
Catharina m Martin Guntrum
Elizabeth and Maria of whom no record of marriage is found.
There are many sources for this material, the prime being "The Palatine Families of New York", 1985 by Hank Z Jones Jr for the Pfaltz and NY data. The late Frances Bashore Francis in personal correspondence, her vast material on the family is now part of the Mennonite Historical Library collection in Lancaster PA for the PA data.
