Well, gee, where in the world do I look for my family's records? I hit such
a brick wall on the LANE & BAKER (Becker?) families pre-1805. Where were the
Garber and Sailor families from BEFORE going into Fred Co MD? And, you say
they moved down through the VA Valley abt Rev War times-- what counties would
that cover?

I belonged to this Brethren list several years ago and was told to contact
you about my families - but I'd gotten ill suddenly and dropped off the
internet world. Then when I returned a month ago, I could not remember your
name! So, I'm glad I ran into you now.

I am seeking info about District Meetings for SW PA. I wondered if you might
know anything about the very first Dist. Meeting, Nov 5 and 6, 1866? Berlin
Pa.

Also, I researched LANE family in Bedford Co, PA... are you the Brethren
historian who knows a lot about the Bedford churches?

Sorry so many questions! I hope you can help me though. Did you see my
post, btw, asking if anyone has a copy of History of the Church of the
Brethren in MD? I'd really like to buy a copy, if you know of one that is
available!

Thank you for your time!
