FIRST GENERATION

1. Magdalena Bostetter was born in 1769 in Maryland. She died on October
13, 1867 in Elkhart County, Indiana.

She was married to Jacob Cripe (son of Jacob Cripe Jr and Barbara Shideler)
about 1787 in Frankstown, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. Jacob Cripe was
born in 1767. He died in 1865 in Elkhart County, Indiana. Magdalena
Bostetter and Jacob Cripe had the following children:

+2 i. Jacob Cripe (born on April 10, 1792).
+3 ii. John B Cripe (born on June 15, 1788).
+4 iii. Elizabeth Cripe (born in 1790).
5 iv. David Cripe.
6 v. Andrew Cripe.
+7 vi. Esther Cripe (born in 1799).
+8 vii. Mary Polly Cripe (born in 1800).
9 viii. Rosanna Cripe.



SECOND GENERATION

2. Jacob Cripe (Magdalena Bostetter-1) was born on April 10, 1792 in
Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland. He died on April 17, 1854 in
Clinton Township, Elkhart County, Indiana.

He was married to Elizabeth Catherine Shank in 1816 in Montgomery County,
Ohio. Elizabeth Catherine Shank was born in 1798. She died in 1824.
Jacob Cripe and Elizabeth Catherine Shank had the following children:

+10 i. Samuel Cripe.

Jacob Cripe and Mary Elizabeth Shank had the following children:

+11 i. Nancy Cripe.

3. John B Cripe (Magdalena Bostetter-1) was born on June 15, 1788 in
Washington, County, Maryland. He died on December 5, 1858 in Elkhart
County, Indiana.

He was married to Susannah Ditmer on July 11, 1813. Susannah Ditmer was
born in July 1790 in Pennsylvania. She died on June 6, 1854 in Elkhart
County, Indiana.

4. Elizabeth Cripe (Magdalena Bostetter-1) was born in 1790. She died in
1880 in Noble County, Indiana.

She was married to Jacob Wolf on August 22, 1834 in Dayton, Montgomery
County, Ohio. Jacob Wolf was born in 1764. He died in 1849. Elizabeth
Cripe and Jacob Wolf had the following children:

12 i. Anna Wolf.

She was married to David Martin (son of Daniel Martin and Hannah Gripe) in
1811 in Montgomery County, Ohio. David Martin was born about 1787. He
died in 1831 in Darke County, OH. Children

She was married to Samuel D Cripe (son of Daniel Cripe and Magdalena
Miller) in 1818. Samuel D Cripe was born in 1799. He died in 1862.

10. Samuel Cripe (Jacob-2, Magdalena Bostetter-1).

Samuel Cripe and Elizabeth Miller had the following children:

+13 i. Aaron S. Cripe (born on March 1, 1859).

11. Nancy Cripe (Jacob-2, Magdalena Bostetter-1).

Nancy Cripe and William Gorsuch had the following children:

+14 i. Amanda Gorsuch (born on October 30, 1864).



FOURTH GENERATION

13. Aaron S. Cripe (Samuel-3, Jacob-2, Magdalena Bostetter-1) was born on
March 1, 1859. He died on December 6, 1923.

He was married to Amanda Jane Ulery on August 24, 1884. Amanda Jane Ulery
was born on August 24, 1862. She died on December 18, 1928. Aaron S.
Cripe and Amanda Jane Ulery had the following children:

+15 i. Edith Ethel Cripe (born on October 26, 1894).

14. Amanda Gorsuch (Nancy Cripe-3, Jacob-2, Magdalena Bostetter-1) was
born on October 30, 1864.

She was married to Ephraim Culp in 1889 in Elkhart County, Indiana.
