The question of whether or not a subgroup of subscribers should start a new
discussion group or list is not a question of either-or. It is a simple
matter to send a message to as many lists as one chooses simply by entering
as many addresses as one chooses. People "vote with their fingers" when
choosing destinations for their ideas and information. They can also do the
same for receiving messages by subscribing to as many lists as they choose.
It is not a question of Brethren-L or something else. Luckily, each of us
has multiple votes.
