41 degrees West 89 perches to a post on!

1803 for the consideration therein mentioned did grant and confirm all the
aforesaid described Land and premises unto the said JAMES RYLAND in Fee as
in and by the said Recited deed among other Recitals therein contained
Retation thereunto being had at large appears “Together with all the
Buildings improvements Ways, Woods, Waters, Water courses, rights, liberties
priveledges—Hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining And the Reversions and Remainders Rents Issues &
profits thereo!

appurtenances unto the said HENRY DASHER and to his heirs and assigns,
against us & our heirs severally claiming or to claim they hereby granted
land and premises or any part or parcel thereof By from or under him her
them or any or either of them shall and will warrant and forever defend by
these presents—In Witness where of I the said JAMES RYLAND and REBEKAH my
