The parents of your Lydia Brubaker (1829-1872) were John Brubaker and Mary
Frantz.

The parents of John Brubaker (1777-1846) were John Brubaker and Anna Meyer.
(Earlier today I wrote about the ancestors of Anna Meyer on Brethren-L.)

The parents of Mary Frantz (1793-1876) were Christian Frantz and Mary Garst.
(Mary Frantz was the second wife of this John Brubaker. His first wife was
Phoebe Harter.)

John Brubaker (b. c1748) emigrated from Ibersheim, Germany, in 1754.

Christian Frantz (b. c1761) was son of Michael Frantz (b. c1726) and
grandson of Christian Frantz I (b. c1685), both of whom emigrated from
Hösselinshof, Germany, in 1732.

Mary Garst was daughter of Nicolaus Gerst. Nicolaus Gerst immigrated to
Pennsylvania in 1749, settling in Bethel Township, Lancaster County.

All of these families and their ancestors are very well known among
Brubaker, Frantz, and Garst descendants (although there are differences of
opinion among Frantz descendants).
