This is the only thing I can really answer --

There were two main churches on branches of the Monacacy River and a couple
smaller ones. Pipe Creek is near New Windsor, and Beaver Dam is on Beaver
Dam Creek off Pipe Creek, just south of Union Bridge. A meeting house of
Beaver Dam was Rocky Ridge, up near Thurmont. No there was no Apple's
Church connected to Rocky Ridge. The next church was north of Gettysburg
(my Rummel ancestory lived there). Isreal's Creek Church was on the
Monacacy very close to Frederick, but it essentially became part of Beaver
Dam. There was no Brethren Church directly by the name of Monacacy.

I pastored the Beaver Dam Church for a couple years before I became sick and
had to leave. But I did a good bit of running through the local area -as
well as over to Antietam and up to Gettysburg. No, I don't know where PaPa
Bottom is.
