Gale--Some of us will not be at the Peoria meeting. I am interested in what Dwayne Wrightsman will have to say regarding the 1799 Botetourt County Petition sent to the Virginia Legislature seeking exemption from fines for not atttending military muster.

Will there be some way Dwayne's research can be processed to reach a larger audience of those interested?
