Looking for William Brewer who lived in Hines Co., MS, and Clarke Co.,
AL. A William Brewer was bondsman for possible daughter, Elvira. Shown
on Elvira's marriage license in 1838 in MS when Elvira married William
Redwine Carnes. A William Brewer lived near William R.'s father, Wells
Carnes in Clarke Co., AL and Hines Co. Wm. R. & Elvira moved to
Nacogdoches Co., TX in 1838. I cannot find William Brewer after 1838
marriage. Very little before.
Can anyone help?

2nd Brewer Line: Burwell Brewer, m. Elizabeth Patrick, lived in Wilkes
Co., GA, son of George Brewer and Alice Burwell. Died 1799 Wilkes Co.
Daughter Nancy married George Brittain. Nancy is found in Perry Co., AL
on 1830 census as head of family. Does anyone know if this is the same
Nancy who married in Oglethorpe Co., GA.? Allied families - Oakes,
Martin in Perry Co., AL.
