I believe this is the Amanda Maynard who married a Charlie (?) Burton. Ezra
(Maynard) Steele claimed she was his "blood aunt". Still uncertain as to the
identity of Ezra's real father. If the 1880 census states Andrew was his
"grandfather" then he must have had a son, as Oma is really Oma SMITH born
Apri 1880 to Charles Smith and Alice C. Fisher. Oma is my great-grandmother.
