Thanks for this. I'm not sure if I have it so was raking my eyes along my
bookshelf for it. Ian then says,'Don't you know what you have?'
No, I don't! I buy things in case they are useful and then half-forget
about them.
Next, Ian says, 'Have you seen the bottom of Mike's e-mail?'
No I hadn't as my mind was on running 'Bristol before the Camera' to the
ground!
