Richard You may be interested to know these names occur in Bitton, Glos records and may or may not be connected to your Marman family. John Marmyoun mentioned in the exchequer lay subsidy assessments for 1326 William Marmion witnessed a grant of land by Matthew de Button, son of Sir John, in 1443 Hope this helps. Bernice
