Hi Josephine,

That was fast!

We have no other BEER family information yet. I'll add this to my notes.

There were many Lamerock FLOWERs, one of them Lamerock Flower THOMPSON's
grandfather. 1778 Honour FLOWER (m. Coster THOMPSON, 1802, Bitton) was the
eldest child of first cousins abt 1751-1797 Lamerock FLOWER/Mary FRANCIS of
Boyd Farm.

I think the name Lamerock went to eldest sons, but as Lamerock/Mary's own
Lamerock d. 1798, a different branch must be represented in 1832.

While you were preparing your response, I was checking FreeBMD and found the
marriage of William THOMPSON to Anna BEER, abt 1839 Sep, Bristol Dist.

Hi Marsha,

John BEER of St. Thomas in Pensford was entitled to vote in St. Thomas in
Pensford Parish in the 1832 Somerset election. His qualification to vote was
freehold house and lands at Mill-corner.

I often come across the name Lamerock FLOWER and tonight I've spotted it
again. Lamorock FLOWER of Saltford was entitled to vote in the 1832 Somerset
election. His qualification to vote was freehold land. This was 'one
undivided part of Court farm'.
