Hi Listers,

I think I'm a bit behing in posting the 'B' names. Here is mine:
Henry Pile BATH b. abt. 1801 in Glastonbury, Somerset.
He married Mercy LANSDOWN b. 1798 in High Littleton, Somerset. Mercy was my
2nd cousin 5 times removed. OK, a bit distant but I've made it a point of
researching the LANSDOWN family from High Littleton.

Henry and Mercy had the following children:
Mercy Elizabeth BATH b. 1831
Henry Pyle BATH b. 1832
Charlotte BATH b. 1834
Robert BATH b. 1836

All born in Feniton, Devon.

What is interesting about this family is that Mercy Elizabeth BATH (above)
married Henry Joseph LANSDOWN who was born 1836 in Bath, s/o Henry Venn
LANSDOWN and Mary Ann EMERY . Mercy Elizabeth BATH and Henry Joseph
LANSDOWN are 1st cousins 1 time removed. Their common ancestors are
Lawrence LANSDOWN and Elizabeth POWELL.

Now, Henry Joseph LANSDOWN was married to Frances Maria THOMAS b. 1825,
Bristol. She died in 1875 and Henry married Mercy Elizabeth BATH. It's all
a bit complicated but might help somebody!

Best Wishes,
Susan

In Guelph, Ontario where spring is finally emerging.
