Ian was in Stanton Wick at the weekend but the SAGEs below were in
Stanton Drew!

I also spotted this entry:
William Underwood and Sage Flower marr Jan 1 1752
I'm not sure if the bride's first name is Sage or Flower. Nor whether
there was a connection between the SAGE and FLOWER families. Maybe
the parents just had a wicked sense of humour ;)) There was definitely
a FLOWER family included in the registers. Flower was also a fairly
popular girl's name too.
