Yvonne,

In your use of this database, have you discovered anywhere where one can
give feedback? I can't see anywhere. I've noticed that they list my
great-grandfather twice, once when he was a curate and later as a rector,
with a note that they are "probably" the same person. Because of the places
of birth of his children, I can confirm to them that it is the same person -
if they care.

Hi Listers,

I just sent this link to another list, and thought it could be useful to
someone here too:

The site isn't working fully right now, but if you follow the Phase 1
Publication link, then How to Enter Database at the bottom you will be able
to search the Database.

The link is to The Clergy of the Church of England Database: 1540-1835. I
use it regularly, and have solved many an illegible vicar's signature from
it.
