Do you have a street address? If you tell me the years and the names I can
try the street directories for you (when they have an alphabeticised list of
occupants) or a trade directory if you know the trade. Our library has
directories from about 1880 onwards. That might be a start.

I have jusy learned from the cousin that Treacle Beak helped me find here
on BRITISH JEWRY that my GREAT grandparents also immigrated to England to
Manchester.
Can anyone tell me how I might look them up there. They died in London after
1906 so there won't be any deaths in Manchester.Ros Romem
