Is this a case where the front of house was inone street, and the back in another?

COHEN, Sakiai, Lithuania/Leeds
MAGIDOWITZ, Jurbarkas, Lithuania/Leeds
KASSIMOFF, Rezekne, Latvia/Leeds

I am pretty sure that it'll be where it lies. In this case off Elmwood Row.
Does that make sense?

Sherry

My question is this - what is the significance of the words Elmwood Row
listed next to Crimble Street? Every listed street has either another
address or ? suburb on the same line but no indication of what this all
means is given.
