You've been very helpful to me-- and everybody, I wanted to help.
Ancestry and JewishGen keep posting new items and improving their
websites, so they work better than ever. Every time I go back I find
more information.

I don't send out for certificates after subscribing to them! It would
be too expensive for me!

The BJ List is a wonderful support!
Thank you!
Linda

Thank you SO much, Linda.

Why on earth have I not found this so far? (rhetorical question).

Riga makes some sense as one of the PULVER girls (sister to AE's wife)
married a man from Riga.

Needs more careful consideration (and a second cup of coffee).

Brilliant

...Bertha SILVERMAN aged 64 in 1911
prove/disprove that she was the sister of A E GORDON

JewishGen's Riga, Latvia marriage index lists two Bertha Gordons:

SILBERMANN, Solomon married GORDON, Bertha in 1880

and
MULNER, Jacob married GORDON, Bertha in 1895
