This is the information she sent me:
" Cornelius William Donovan ", her father arrived in Quebec , was subsequently taken to Ontario, we thought in the Renfrew area. I got one rely and tried the rootsweb that gave me a list of the homes which I am going through the possibilities. He arrived on the SS Bavarian Oct 1904 but between then and being in WW 1, I know nothing except he lived with a family call Killeen for a while before running away to Winnipeg. His name is listed on Perry's Rootsweb list but only with the info I was able to give which hasn't changed.
She is trying to find the name of the Catholic agency that sent him over to Canada, but had not had any luck. Can any kind soul help her?
