"Notes on the Browder Family" by Nathaniel C. & Blanche Browder mentions only one child (William Joseph) for Caleb Browder who married Mary Scarbrough. Nat & Blanche say there may be others. I found a Chancery Case for 1825 (the yr. Caleb died, intestate) & it names 3 sons, William J., Benjamin W. & Algernon S. Browder who were all under the age of 21. Their "next neighbor", Wm. Scarbrough (who was also security for Caleb & Mary's marriage bond) brought suit against the widow, Mary W. Browder on behalf of the 3 minor children.
Anyone who would like a copy of this Chancery Case, please let me know & I will be glad to send a copy.
Any information on Benjamin W. & Algernon S. Browder would be appreciated.
