Hello,

I would love to hear from anyone who has any information about Bertha and her
family.

Her parents were Erasmus Dervan Brown and Sarah Matilda Bedell. She was born
in Brooklyn 6 Nov 1863, married Samuel Haskins Groser in Brooklyn 21 Sep
1882, had four children - Faith, Kenneth, Courtney & Marion - and died in New
York 10 July 1936.

I believe some of her descendants are still living on Long Island, and I know
the names Lenderking and Ahlstrand. I would particularly welcome hearing from
present-day descendants, but anything about Erasmus's family would be
gratefully received. I have a good deal of information about Samuel Haskins
Groser's ancestors (and a photo of him in a swimming costume!).
