I've "rescued" an old photograph album which appears to have belonged to the
TAFT Family of Glens Falls, New York. The album includes the following
photographs including the first belonging to Kate STEWART - ROBINSON
described as the "Mother of Mildred".

1890's, man in his 30's or 40's

. Leory WINCHELL, Conkey & Hibbard Studio, Glens Falls, NY, 1880's
or 1890's, child of about 3-4 years

. Warren WINCHELL, B. F. Ogden Studio, Albany, NY, 1880's, man in
his 20's, addressed to Jennie TAFT with note "Warren says he wants one
of you in return"

. Olen DICKINSON, Taft Studio, Glens Falls, NY, 1870's or 1880's,
man in his 20's

. Eunice DICKINSON, Conkey Studio, Glens Falls, NY, 1870's or
1880's, woman in her teens

Based on limited research I believe this is a photograph of Eunice Viola
DICKINSON b. 14 Mar 1878 at Thurman, NY to parents Aaron C. DICKINSON and
Polly LEET. The family was included in the 1880 census living in Thurman.
Aaron is age 26 and his wife Polley age 21, both born in NY. They have
three children at the time, Hershel age 6, Ernest age 5, and Unice age 2,
all born in NY.

woman in her teens with note "I will write soon"

his 20's

. John BATEMAN, Conkey Studio, Glens Falls, NY, 1890's, man in his
30's

. John BATEMAN & Jennie TAFT, Conkey Studio, Glens Falls, NY,
1890's, couple in their 20's or 30's

The 1880 census of Johnsburg, NY includes the BATEMAN Family. John BATEMAN
age 42, born in VT, his wife Martha age 43, also born in VT, and 5 children
including, Etta age 18, Martha age 17, John S. age 13 (likely the same John
pictured), Bertram age 10, and Cora age 6, the three oldest born in VT and
the two youngest in NY. Also living with the family at that time was
"Mother", Esther COLE age 77, a widow, born in NY to VT born parents. Not
sure if she is John's Mother with a different surname or Martha's Mother
suggesting Martha's maiden name was COLE.

1890's, woman in her 20's or 30's

. Ben POTTER, J. T. Betts Studio, Corinth, NY, 1880's or 1890's, man
in his 20's or 30's

1880 census of Greenfield, NY includes Benjamin POTTER age 19, born in NY
and his wife Ellen POTTER age 14, also born in NY and living with Ellen's
parents, Thomas HOPKINS age 36, and Julia HOPKINS age 30. Four of Ellen's
sibling brothers were also living in the household, including, George age
10, William age 9, John age 8, and Frederic age 3.

. Carrie LILLY LEE, Conkey Studio, Glens Falls, NY, 1880's, woman in
her 20's or 30's

1880 census of Glens Falls, NY includes the family of Aaron & Mary LILLY and
their three children. Aaron is age 38, a Cartman and his wife Mary age 29,
both born in NY to NY born parents. Their three children include, James age
11, Carrie age 5, and Guy age 2 (last photograph in the album), all born in
NY as well.

I'm hoping to locate someone from these families so that this wonderful
treasure can be returned to its rightful place with family. I you are a
member of one of these families, or know someone who might be, please
