Hi List.
I am researching one Edward/Ed Brown, fathers name, we think, was Avery,
mothers name was Mary. I know that by 1844, parents were deceased.
Edward stated that he was from Tn. I have not found him there, nor have
I found Avery in Tn. I did find an Avery on the Kentucky 1803 tax
rolls. I have never been able to prove Edward's parents, siblings,
birth, state, country, marriage, children.
I can only prove from 1844 forward when he married in Texas, in his
marriage statement it states that he is of the Protestant faith.
