Hello,

I am looking for any information about the family of a Lydia BROWN (b. ca
1760, probably in RI) who married (Nathaniel?) OLNEY. The first name of her
spouse is uncertain. She had a least one son, Amasa OLNEY who was placed under
the guardianship of John BROWN of Charlton, MA, probably Lydia's brother in
1805. They moved from RI to Charlton, MA ca 1800, where Lydia died in 1825.
They may have orginated in Johnston, RI. I would be very grateful for any
information about BROWN/OLNEY marriages or the BROWNS of Charlton, MA which
might provide a research lead.
