Looking for information on parents of George Augustus Brown b. 1823 in
Smithfield, Providence Co, RI. He marr. Kate Sadler in 1844 in Grafton,
MA, d. 1900 in Galt, CA. He and Kate are buried in the Liberty Cemetery
there.
Much of his life was spent in NE and CO as a drover.
Children were:
William Uriah b. 1852 in MA
Henry Augustus b. 1847 in MA, my g.grandfather
Frank P b. 1852 in MA
Benjamin Bradford b. 1856 in RI
Edward W. b. 1861
Elizabeth Bel b. 1862 in CO
Mary V. b. 1864 in CO?
Mary Edith b. 1879 in NE

I have alot of information to share about this family but I'm really stuck
on finding parents for George. His marriage record says he was the SON OF
LEONARD but I can't find a Leonard in MA or RI.
