Hi,
Looking to see if anyone has any information on John Wiley Brown, born in
Alabama about 1815, died in Civil War in abt. 1863(on 1862 tax list, not
on 1863.) He married Mary Blackwell, also from Alabama. They later moved
to Texas, or they might have married in Texas.

They had:

Andrew Brown
Evelyn Brown md. Caleb Cox
John Walker brown, my 3rd great grandfather, he was born in 1854, in
Texas, plus some other children who's names I don't know. Any information
would be quite helpful.
