Good Morning:

Greetings from sunny (???) Florida. To all of you who have written and asked for assistance in locating individuals, please be a little more patient with me. I have gotten over 300 requests to do lookups and I'm moving through them as fast as I can - and hopefully not missing anything because of the pace. Some are easier to research than others. The easiest ones are those that the requester has provided as much information as possible. Trying to research a request that says "find me everything you can on the Brown family in Timbuktoo" just doesn't help me a whole lot. However .... I'll do my best. My husband and I are remodeling our home and we have out-of-state visitors coming for a week or two, so I'll be very busy for a couple of weeks. Rome wasn't built in a day and I just can't accomplish that much research in a couple of weeks. I'm so overwhelmed by the number of us that are researching Browns that surely there must be some of us that can make connections with one another - and I've found that to be true with some of the requests that I've gone through already. I've tried to alert those individuals to the possible matches and will continue to do so. My biggest problem has come with how to make sure these individuals get copies of the research files I've generated in response to requests. I'm open to suggestions. Our list webmaster has informed me that sending attachments to the list is not the way to do it. Anyone have any ideas???

Anyway, hope everyone has a great day - mine has started out with the sun shining and I'm still alive.....
