Subject: FRIEND, Brown and Fw: Info on Enochson family
Date: Wed, 11 Feb 1998 23:18:40 -0500
Hello,
Could you stand a new plea for help from me with a few offers of help to
you as well?
First, do you know Hermon Fagley? He's a long time FRIEND researcher
(and friend of mine). He also researches Brown and Justice (my other two
lines I care most about). I have some notes from him on FRIENDS that would
interest you if you and he hasn't already shared information.
Next, I descend from a Thomas C. and Nathaniel Brown b. around 1760 in
Hampshire Co VA. Nathaniel's wife, Ann Enoch is mentioned as a perhaps in
the post below. So far (I'm not ruling out anything) I descend from Thomas
two time and Nathaniel once. Their gr....grandchild (the same person) is
my grandfather Cordie BRown husband to Eleanor Caroline Justice. Mom
Brown's grandfather was John Perry Friend .... remember him? <G>.
What I'd like to know is, do you know about this Susannah Friend? Who
does she belong to? Are these her children? Is the Samuel Brown (John
Perry FRiend's grandfather) married to Frances Crow and father of Rachel
Brown married to John Friend allied to these Browns as well?
Well this confuses even me. Hope you can understand my note <G>. I
hope you don't mind getting this posting twice. I'm going to send it over
to the FRIEND list as well.
Laura
