Hi:

I am new to the list and wish to introduce myself and my
BROWN research.

My g-g-grandmother was GEORGE BROWN, born c 1820 in CHICHELEY, Bucks,
England.

I have his Marriage Certificate:

On 19 September 1842 at Chicheley, Bucks, he married HANNAH BULL who
had been born at North Crawley. He was an agricultural labourer. She
was a lacemaker.

George's father was Thomas Brown, a labourer.

They had ten children:

Mary Ann
Ambrose Bull
Harriet
Elizabeth
George
Catherine
Henry (Lawrence?)
Joseph James
Charles Thomas
Harriet

the first 3 in Bucks and the following 7 in Australia, after emigrating
in 1853.

I would be interested in hearing from anyone who may have common
ancestry.
