Ga.

1 May 1768 - Starke BROWN, AC to James Gatewood, AC, apprentice bond of BROWN
to Gatewood until BROWN is 21, to be taught " Art and Mistory (mystery) os a
cooper and also be taught to read and write."

He had a Revolutionary pension # S-31566 from Viriginia.

He paid taxes in Wilkes County Georgia from 1792 to 1805.
