I am hoping to find information about the children of Dauphin BROWN.
Following is a brief history of his family and their migration.
Oliver BROWN, son of Zebulon BROWN, was born at Stonington Point, Conn in
1760. Oliver served in the Revolutionary War and then in 1818 he settled with
his family on military lands in Concord, Ohio. I have found a good deal of
information about Oliver and his life and ancestors, but I have no info on
his son, Dauphin.
Olivers children were.... Oliver, Hosea, DAUPHIN, Lewis, Hannah(Bliss),
Nabby(Searls), and Patience(Holcomb). Most of these children are found in
census records close to where Oliver settled in Ohio.
I am interested in finding any information about DAUPHIN(Dolphin, Daulphin)
BROWN. I have found him in Ohio census records and it appears his wife was a
Betsy (Elizabeth) BROWN. It is possible that two of his children might be
William & Lydia.
Any tips or leads will be appreciated. Thank you.
Mike
