of Wiliam knight in consideration of $100 on parts of this land conveyed
to Tatman (41 1/4 acres) and to William Wells (14 acres) who conveyed to
William Browning.

Tr: A Fleming circuit court decision against the Grantors (parties of
the first part who were the Defendants in a court suit) and in favor of
the parties of the second part named above resulted in the Complainants
recovering lands which had been part of a Survey Patented in the name of
William Bennett. (No amount stated)

William Bennett dec'd and Thomas Pearce, land in Fleming co, being part
of original Survey of Bennett. This is Deed of Partition

Elizabeth, Nancy, Jamima, Elizabeth, Lavinia and Rebeckah.
