Ron,
I haven't seen anything about Alexander in Harrisburg. I'd
appreciate seeing a copy of that source. Can you scan it and send it
privately to me? Or site the source? That is info I haven't had.
I'd also like to know the name of the person in the Lake Erie area.
There was a relative up that way, so I'd like to compare. It may have been
Levi that was up that way. He was a great grandson of Alexander. I have
searched everywhere to find some proof of Revolutionary War service. The
History of Butler Co says Alexander was a Revolutionary War soldier from
Westmoreland Co., PA but I can't find a trace of him. So if you have any
info on this, I would also really appreciate knowing about it or the
sources.
I haven't found any link between our Bryson's and those in the
south. Some in Ohio may be ours, and there is a Bryson Black (Alexander's
grandson) born in W VA, and later Kansas, and some others who were in
Kansas, and they are also related.
Is the Lancaster and Cumberland Co. info you refer to, also on the
Butler Alexander Bryson? If you can tell me where you found it or would be
willing to make copies, I would really appreciate it. I can reimburse for
copies, or if you can send it as a scanned attachment to me privately I
would greatly appreciate it.
Anyone else who might be related to any of these folks, I hope you
will contact me!

Pattee

>>Ron,
>> Yes, this is my Alexander Bryson.
