HI there Frank,

I guess this should read 1835 unless he had an adult christening.

The name Davis does not *ring any bells* with me but as my Bulls were in
London in the 1770s, it is hard for me to tell. Of the descendants of my
John BULL
and Anne KENTISH, I have two sons that I have not been able to follow
through on,
they were Edward and Thomas Russel Bull. One of them must have married and
had descendants as I have found in one of my Great-Aunt's Birthday Books an
entry
for "cousin" J. Aubrey Bull born 21 Aug 1845. Don't know if his first name
was John
or James as both names have carried through in the family. Couldn't find
him in the St Caths indexes.

Gee, last time I was there was 1960...ouch, it does not seem like 40 years
ago..it
was a lovely little place then.

You don't know any Bulls in NZ do you? We had one of ours *shoot through*
to NZ
in the early 1900s leaving wife and son, story is that he changed his name
and had a
family over there. Guess he would have changed the surname, so they
wouldn't be Bulls
any more.

Byeeee,
Bonnie
