Goodspeed's history of Washington County TN tells of an Isaac BULLER
who in 1777 was Ephraim DUNLAP, State's Attorney, to serve three
years in the Continental Army. He was released before serving his
three years by giving bond that he would bring in two deserters named
WILLIAMS and DYER.
