In answer to Mary-Gene's query (message #2 in Issue 39), the Bunker Family
Association's website is maintained in El Centro, California at:

http://www.BunkerFamilyAssn.org/index.html

The BFA e-mail list Bunker-L (individual messages) and Bunker-D (digest
form) are maintained at RootsWeb (located in Los Angeles County,
California) and coordinated remotely by me as a RootsWeb sponsor.

The Internet makes it possible to manage these activities from remote
locations--locating our e-mail list at a site specializing in genealogical
communication and our website elsewhere on the web where we are less likely
to be bogged down by busy Internet links. My local Internet Service
Provider has a 99+% up-time.

Although I'm sending this to Mary-Gene Page, I thought other folks on the
Bunker list might also be curious.
