*Brian A. Bunker tells us these are three wives of the same Benjamin,
who is also Benjamin #2229. We have renumbered the database so that each
of these wives are shown as being married to #2229.

**Ann and Elizabeth are the daughters of Benjamin #2229.

***Mary #2230 is probably Mary WHEELER #2220, so their records were
merged; #2230 has been deleted as "Mary" with no surname.
