The following obituary appeared in the March 8, 2001, edition of the Seattle
(Washington) Times:

Mary Patricia "Pat" BURNETT
Mary Patricia "Pat" Burnett passed away March 5, 2001. She was born May 15,
1920 in Seattle. She is survived by her children, Patrick (Carol), William
(Marcia), Charles (Ellen) Burnett and
Camilla Schiltz; grandchildren, Andrea, Jim, Nick, Travis, Patrick, Michael,
Tim and Ben; brothers Jack, Robert and Fr. Gerald Moffat. A Visitation will
be held on Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Butterworth-Manning-Ashmore
Funeral Home, 300 E. Pine, Seattle. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on
Friday at 11:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 732 - 18th, Ave. East,
Seattle. Memorial gifts are suggested to Medic One.
