She married LEO ARDELL STARKEY February 09, 1935 in Morgantown, West Virginia, son of RICHARD STARKEY and ESTELLA MORGAN. He was born May 12, 1914 in Smithfield, Wetzel County, West Virginia, and died January 04, 1975 in At home Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia.

Notes for ELIZABETH JANE BUTCHER:
Elizabeth was raised by foster parents. Her parents were killed when she was 5 yers old. She has two sisters, 1 older brother and 1 half brother. This is what we were told now I find that her father didn’t die but was still alive but I guess unable to care for his children. Unsure how many other siblings she did have than the 2 girls listed with her above. I know for sure of one ½ brother but unsure about the other brother. Could be possible.

again thanks for any light shed on this problem. its like him and his wife fell from the sky one day. i don't know where he was born. he could have been born here in the states or possibly in Germany but leaning more to the states because no one in my family spoke with a german accent and if he came from germany his children would have spoken German and my grandmother did not speak any at all. not to say she couldn't have learned english but this was the early 1900 and i just don't know. thanks again in advance
