Oops previous post, didn't finish what I was doing. The post is Caleb's
Butler's ancestry. I have a 36 page document on his family and if anybody

There is another Caleb Butler besides Caleb of 1648, that is

Caleb8 Butler born in 1811 in TN, d. abt 1854, fa is Jacob Butler. The lineage
is:
(Jacob7, William6, James5, Thomas4, Thomas3, Thomas2, Sir John1)

For the other Caleb4 b. in abt. 1648, d in 1709, Westmoreland Co., VA
The lineage is (Christopher3, Thomas2, Sir John1)

So Caleb of 1648's father's brother gave rise to the Caleb of 1811.
