I am usually very careful not to send things to the list that have
nothing to do with genealogy. However, with all of the positive
responses that I have received in my e-mail regarding the accidental
post, I'm now glad that the computer took it upon itself to send it to
the list. These things sometimes seem to have a mind of their own, at
least this time it was something positive instead of a crash or
something.

I have a favorite saying: "to error is human, to really foul things up
takes a computer".
Looks like in this case I get to eat my words.
